During the ceremony, Dean Lach announced a new $380,000 endowed scholarship created in Dr. Dolling’s name to honor his commitment to increasing the number of SEAS women students and faculty members. The David S. Dolling Endowed Scholarship in Engineering will support future generations of undergraduate women students in SEAS. Dr. Dolling is pictured above with the scholarship’s first recipient, Ms. Siobhan Whittle, a junior who is majoring in mechanical engineering.

Dean Lach did the honors of pinning it on Dr. Dolling in Dr. Auñón-Chancellor’s stead.
