Xu Co-Leads Project Supported by GW's New NIH-Funded Climate & Health Developmental Center

In the article "GW Awarded $3.69 Million to Lead NIH-Funded Multi-Institutional Climate and Health Developmental Center," GW Today announced a new multi-institutional partnership led by GW to establish the Research and Engagement for Action in Climate and Health (REACH) Center. One of the co-directors on the center's first two projects will be GW Engineering’s Zhengtian Xu.

Here is an excerpt from the article: "The center will initially support two research projects. The first, evaluating the potential health and environmental justice benefits of congestion pricing in Washington, D.C., will be co-directed by Kelvin Fong, assistant professor of environmental and occupational health at Milken Institute SPH, and will engage Rachel Clark, policy director for the Redstone Global Center for Prevention and Wellness, and Zhengtian Xu, assistant professor of civil and environmental engineering at the School of Engineering and Applied Science (GW Engineering)."
