On June 13, GW Engineering alumni and current graduate students gathered at the school’s inaugural summer picnic. With a catered spread of classic BBQ-style favorites alongside fun yard games, caricature drawings, and special activities designed for kids, the picnic provided the ideal environment for sharing stories, learning about fellow engineers, and nurturing a lifelong connection to the GW Engineering community.
This family-friendly gathering was coordinated by GW Engineering’s University Advancement team, which helps alumni stay engaged with the school. Whether reconnecting with old friends or meeting new ones, the links forged between alumni and current students help strengthen our network of Revolutionaries as they work to make real change in the world.
