Joe Goldfrank

Dr. Goldfrank joined GWU in the fall of 2022. He has previously worked in government service, using software to enhance the operational capabilities of legacy mechanical platforms, and served on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a submarine officer. His research interests are in the use of Markov processes to model and improve decision-making under uncertainty, with a focus on government applications.
