Qualtrics

Qualtrics is an online survey software that can be used to capture survey results from a publicly-available survey, or from users who are specifically given access to a survey. Some of the capabilities include:​

• Assisting faculty, staff, and students with collecting data for research project or assignments
• Assess user satisfaction with various programs and services such as academic or administrative 
• Collect requests for service or assistance in place of a traditional HTML form

All faculty and students within SEAS (or SPH or LAI) who wish to use this software subscription should submit a ticket.
