Purchasing Equipment

GW IT can help faculty and staff purchase software and computing equipment. If you purchase through GW IT, they can:

• Assist with the selection of the right computer equipment
• Use university-negotiated pricing from vendors such as Apple, Dell, CDW-G, Best Buy and Staples
• Make recommendations based on our knowledge to ensure support and compatibility with university-wide services

Delivery

Assets can be delivered directly to your office or can be delivered to GW IT for asset tagging, inventory and configuration. If it's delivered to GW IT, they can ensure all equipment meets the university security policy and standards. When configuration is complete, you will be notified to pick up your items.
