On April 1, 2023, the School of Engineering and Applied Science (GW Engineering) E-Council hosted its annual Engineer’s Ball. More than twenty years ago, the Engineer’s Ball was established to celebrate GW Engineering students and the entire GW Engineering community.

E-Council played an integral role in the planning and execution of the event and worked tirelessly to ensure that every student felt a sense of community and had fun.

As attendees celebrated the return of this annual event, the ballroom was filled with laughter, dancing, and good music. The DJ kept the dance floor packed all night with a mix of popular hits and classic favorites. Students also enjoyed taking photos at the photo booth–making it a night to remember.

The E-Ball was an opportunity for the GW Engineering community to come together and celebrate their achievements made throughout the school year. For seniors, E-Ball was their last celebration with their peers before graduation. The ball's significance as the first post-pandemic Engineers’ Ball underscores the importance of resilience and connection.
