Kat has over 3 decades of advancement experience, beginning with fundraising for AmeriCorps and then becoming the Western Regional Executive Director for Jumpstart. She completed 2 capital campaigns for new visual arts centers and served as VP of development at Girls Scouts of Louisiana East. 

Kat began higher education fundraising at Tulane University in 2005. She has held senior positions at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business and Reed College. She has been recognized by Yale School of Management for outstanding nonprofit business plan writing, served on the Exec. Comm. of the Engineering Development Forum and received 2 best practices awards from the Corp. for National and Community Service.

Stephanie is the Director of Development for SEAS. She previously worked in major gifts at the National Academy of Engineering. Before relocating to Washington D.C., Stephanie worked at New York University’s Stern School of Business to raise funds from alumni and corporate funders, and has also held roles in health and cultural focused nonprofits. She holds a BA in Latin American History from the University of Delaware and an MA in Migration and Political Science from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.

Hollie Schultz is the Director of Constituent Engagement and Annual Giving for the GW School of Engineering. She has more than a decade of nonprofit experience with expertise in volunteer management, program development and creating engaging constituent events. She has previously held roles supporting medical schools and teaching hospitals and journalists experimenting with emerging technologies.

She holds a BA in political science from The University of Southern Mississippi and an MA in political campaign management from The University of Florida.

Bryce’s engagement with philanthropy began at a young age, working alongside nonprofits providing support to the military community that raised him. After earning a BA in psychology from The Ohio State University, he has held roles both in frontline fundraising and offering counsel to nonprofits across the arts and humanities, education, health, human services, and religion sectors. He has experience in campaign management, constituent engagement, and securing major and principal gifts. In his most recent position, Bryce managed major individual giving in the Greater Washington D.C. area for a large, faith-based nonprofit.
