Matt Starr has more than eight years of advising experience in higher education, actively identifying and resolving student needs as quickly and effectively as possible. As an Admissions Counselor for the online M.S. in Engineering Management and M.S. in System Engineering degree programs, Matt proactively reaches out to new and future students to help them through the admissions process and aid them throughout their time as a student at the George Washington University. He is passionate about the benefits of education for both individuals and their communities. Matt holds a Master of Arts in National Security Studies from American Military University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lewis University.

Admissions Counselor

Rochelle Kerrigan has more than 10 years of advising experience in post-secondary education, with a unique skill for counseling students to identify and meet their education goals. She is committed to educating and supporting new students throughout the admissions process to ensure the best experience possible when seeking entrance into George Washington University’s programs. Rochelle is adept at coaching students throughout all aspects of the enrollment process; from effective essay writing to preparation for academic success. Rochelle is a PhD candidate at Trident University for Management & Leadership and she also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Herzing University along with a Bachelor in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago.
